Accounting services:
 

• are provided in accordance with Polish accounting regulations and International Accounting Standards  
• we also provide our reports in foreign languages.

Bookkeeping and tax services as well as reports and financial reports, including:
 

• provision of bookkeeping services with the use of our IT system or client’s IT system,
• preparation of the external reporting,
• preparation of the financial statements and periodical financial reports,
• elimination of arrears.

Comprehensive personnel-related services, including:
 

• maintaining comprehensive personnel records – documentation of vacation leaves, contracts of employment, contracts of mandate and contracts of specific work,
• preparation of statistical reports,
• advisory services pertaining to personnel and payroll,
• preparation of income certificates,
• gathering documents and filling in the applications for the calculation of the initial capital.

Payroll administration, including:
 

• payroll preparation including all allowances and deductions as well as payslips for each employee,
• registaration and deregistration of employees in ZUS [Social Insurance Institution],
• preparation and sending by e-mail of ZUS returns,
• preparation of ZUS RMUA reports for the employees,
• preparation of tax returns, among others.: PIT-4, PIT-8A,
• prepartion of annual information concerning income for the employees (PIT-11, PIT-8B),
• preparation of the joint posting order of the payroll and civil law agreements,
